SLATE demonstration

NB: This demonstration instance of SLATE may be replaced or reinitialized at any time without warning

SLATE is very much a work in progress. The specifications are evolving continually, and some parts may break from time to time as new capabilities are added or enabled.

What you see here is an absolutely minimal version. Many features are disabled or hidden, and will probably remain so for some time as development continues towards a releasable version.

The most recent version will soon be out of date. Please wait for a "stable" version, or use what there is at your own risk.

Registration

To register, follow the instructions on the registration screen to the left. This will create a login identity (primid), an account-holder identity (ahid), a currency and a private namespace for you (all sharing the same identifier string).

You can create as many new ahid as you like (by creating a new currency|ahid pairing by clicking on join currency), and you can then send a payment to any other ahid known to you.

Interactive robots

If you do not have any humans available with whom you can try this out, you can interact with a robot.

If you send a payment to any of the robot ahids (r00.sand.box.cc .. r09.sand.box.cc), one of your ahids will receive a payment within a couple of seconds. This response payment will not generally come from the same robot, and as you add new currency|ahid pairings, it will become increasingly improbable that it will be made either to the same ahid or in the same currency.
